The 2026 Monticello High School baseball team is currently ranked eighth in the 2A standings and are 8-6 on the season and 2-4 in 2A East Region play. San Juan senior Averie Gilson looks to tee off on a pitch in a recent game in Blanding. Gilson sports a .418 batting average this season and has driven in 15 runs with four home runs, four doubles, and two triples.
