Monticello Mayor Doug Allen and the Monticello City Council spent much of their October 12 meeting debating recent concerns over the use of email for decisions related to the city.
While the plane was totaled and several watermelons were destroyed, no one was hurt when a small airplane crashed after takeoff from the Blanding Airport on October 10.
