SJHS Native Club

On April 21, the San Juan High School Blue Mountain Native Club traveled to Window Rock, AZ, to participate in the Dine’ Language Festival.  Taking second place as a solo singer is Brittany James.  Also placing second is Audrey Luttrell in the poem reading.  Winning third place in group singing are Harlan Shepherd, Robin Jones, Audrey Luttrell, Brittany James, Gabrielle Black Shilo Stanley and Kayla Frank.  Also taking third place is Renisha Joe in solo singing. Club president Brittany James said, “It has been honor to part of this competition at Navajo Nation Museum.”
