Registration for students who will be attending kindergarten at Monticello Elementary School for the 2010-2011 school year will be held on, Tuesday, May 4, 2009, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Students must be 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2010, in order to enroll. Please bring with you:
1) Child’s birth certificate
2) Immunization record
3) Vision screening is also required, and will be offered at the school on registration day.
4) Social security number.
5) If you are Native American, please bring: Certificate of Indian Blood, and Census number.
