Primaries set

A June 22 Primary election will determine party candidates for a number of local and federal races.
Incumbent Kenneth Maryboy and challenger Andrew Tso will face off in a race for San Juan County Commissioner representing southeast San Juan County.
In addition, voters in that area will pare candidates for the San Juan School board from four to two.
Federal races on the primary ballot will be between Republicans Mike Lee and Tim Bridgewater for the Senate and between Democrats Jim Matheson and Claudia Wright for the House of Representatives.
