Roy Everett Gilbreth August 6, 1944 ~ October 28, 2024

Roy Everett Gilbreth was born August 6, 1944 at Cedar Point, UT. He was the son of Elmer and Nina Gilbreth. He passed away Monday October 28, 2024 at his residence at the age of 80.  
Roy was a great loving, husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He loved his time serving in the Navy, Army National Guard. Also as a law enforcement officer, an EMT, and firefighter.
Throughout his life he enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing, archeology, arrowhead hunting, and helping others.  
Surviving Roy is his wife of 57 years Rosanna Gilbreth (Hall) of Dove Creek; his children Wetzel Gilbreth (Julie) of Ozark, Arkansas; Melisa Brown of Grand Junction, Colorado; Melony Hemphill (Scott) of Dove Creek.
Grandchildren Cory Brown, Kyle Brown, Josh Franklin, Rodney Hemphill (Megan), Tiffany Kenner (Nathan), Kiersten Brown (Kaleb), Cameron Brown (Jamie), and great-granddaughter Hadley Zweigle.
He is preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Nina Gilbreth; his brother Charles Gilbreth; his sisters Norma Lou Rogers and Betty Jane Steele.
Graveside services will be held at the Cedar Point Cemetery November 10, 2024 at 11 a.m.  Luncheon will follow at the Dove Creek Community Center.
