Bob was born June 10, 1932, the youngest of four boys, to James and Rachel Low in Beaver, Utah.
He served overseas during the Korean conflict.
He retired from the Utah Highway patrol in 1978 after serving for 21 years.
He is survived by his wife Darlene, his daughter Debra, his son Roger, seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and an older brother.
He passed away November 6, 2008 at home and was laid to rest in the Monticello Cemetery on November 10, 2008.
