Richard John Fiorini passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2012, in Tucson, AZ, ending his long struggle with Alzheimer’s. He was 74.
Dick was born in Durango, CO to Noel and Thelma Fiorini.
Dick Fiorini was well known and highly respected in the mining industry.
He is survived by his wife, Karen, of Tucson, AZ; daughter Renee Fiorini; son-in-law Steve Mannshardt; and grandson Matt Mannshardt, all of Golden, CO; brother Duane (Jessie)Fiorini of Durango, CO; sister Noella (Don) Baumgardner of Denver, CO; uncle Albert (Charlotte) Fiorini of Salina, KS; aunt Ruby Fiorini, of Tacoma, WA; a number of nieces and nephews, as well as cousins also survive him along with his mother-in-law, Helen Howlett, of Tucson, AZ and his daughter’s father-in-law, Dick Mannshardt, of Golden, CO.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2012 in Durango, CO.
