Kenneth Dee Wayne Rogers

Kenneth Dee Wayne Rogers, “Red”, age 74 of Moab, UT passed away on June 3, 2013 from acute lung disease.
Kent was born in Eastland, UT on September 29, 1938 to James Homer Rogers and Ellen Marie Taylor.
Kent spent some years in Oklahoma City as a child but spent most of his years in Monticello, where he married Anna Lou Butler of Monticello in 1957. They divorced in 2001.
He moved to Moab, UT in 2004.
Kent liked to hunt and fish, read, and watch his favorite TV show “Gunsmoke”.
He is survived by three children: Monte, Scott and Curtis; brothers Dee Rogers, Darrell Rogers, David Neely; and sister Jean McKiddie, eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Kent was preceded in death by parents James Homer Rogers and Ellen Marie Taylor; brothers Keith Taylor, Clarence “Bill” Rogers, Frederick “Buck” Rogers, James Rogers, Jesse Rogers, Richard Dittmar; and sister Darleen Neely.
Kent will be buried in the Eastland Family Cemetery.
