August 3, 1916 ~ December 3, 2015
Ethel Morse Suttlemyre passed away quietly Thursday, December 3, 2015 at the home of her son, Larry Suttlemyre, of Syracuse, UT.
Ethel was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother, but when you live to be 99 you are bound to have a few titles after your name.  But the title she loved most was “Grammie”.  Grammie was the last of her generation on both sides of the family.
Daughter of Evan Jenkins Morse and Agnes Ann Clarkson, born August 3, 1916 in Samaria, Idaho she was last of eleven children.  She spent her childhood in Samaria.
Ethel married Clyde Berry Suttlemyre June 12, 1935 in Ogden, Utah.  They were married 66 years, Grandpa Clyde passed away November 17, 2001.  Clyde and Ethel raised four boys, Gary (Bobbi) of Monticello Utah, Larry (Marilyn of Syracuse Utah, Jack (Sharon) of Exeter CA and Wayne Suttlemyre who preceded his mother in death.
The family would like to thank The Community Nurses Services, with a special thanks to Rachel, Julie, Katie and Debbie who took such good care of our special lady.
