Donna Pehrson Hendrickson

Donna Pehrson Hendrickson, aged 85, passed away at her home in Bountiful, UT surrounded by her family, on Tuesday, May 17, 2011.
She was born February 11, 1926 in Monticello, UT to Junius T. and Alvretta Thompson Pehrson.
Donna was raised in Monticello and she attended LDS Business College in Salt Lake City. She married Albert James Hendrickson on July 14, 1948 in Monticello.
Donna was an amazing cook, renowned for her feather-light rolls and flaky pie crusts. She was an avid reader, gardener, and arm chair referee for the Utah Jazz. She loved spending time with her family every Sunday afternoon.
Donna was an active member of the LDS church.
Donna is survived by her five children: Kathy Nichols of Ogden, Kelly (Dave) Heath of Kaysville, Roger (Julie) Hendrickson of Kaysville, Janey (Jed) Jones of Bountiful, and Alex (Dana) Hendrickson of Bountiful.
She is also survived by 20 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband and infant son, James Scott.
Funeral services were held May 23, 2011 at Russon Brothers Mortuary and interment in Bountiful City Cemetery.
