Colleen Tree Bronson

April 1, 1928 ~ August 29, 2008

Colleen Tree Bronson passed away peacefully in the early morning hours of Friday, August 29, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Her passing was due to complications from an unfortunate motor vehicle accident nearly four months earlier.

Colleen was born on April 1, 1928 in Syracuse, UT. Her parents had a small farm in San Juan County, where they lived seasonally in Monticello.

Colleen attended Brigham Young University. She loved art and was proficient at drawing portraits as well as house plans.

Many houses in Monticello were designed by her hand. She provided these services free of charge. Colleen met and married a local Monticello resident, Grant Bronson.

Colleen is survived by her husband Grant; daughter Tamara; son Regan; and two grandsons, Dustin and Danny.

Services were held on Wednesday, September 3, 2008. Interment immediately followed at the Monticello City Cemetery.
