Cathryn Mary Mackay Croft

April 24, 1922 ~ October 12, 2012
“Kay” known to her family and friends, left this earth Friday, October 12 early in the morning, just as she had entered this world, early in Sugar City, ID.
A farm girl at heart, she loved animals, the Grand Tetons, sewing and quilting.
From her marriage in 1940 to Arnold Croft, she became the mother to four, grandmother to 19 and great-grandmother to 50.
In 2002, she moved to Monticello from Corvalis, Oregon to be by family.
She is survived by son Brian (Candy) of Midway, UT, daughter Laraine (Winn) Westcott of Monticello, son Dean (Julia) of West Linn, OR, and daughter Nancy Kille of Sandy, UT.
In her final years she was a resident of Jamestown at Courtyard Assisted Living in Provo, UT where with all the places she resided, she made everyone feel they were her “favorite”, a special talent she shared unconditionally.
A special Thank You to the Monticello LDS Third Ward members who made her feel “a favorite” among her ward family.
Funeral services were held Monday, October 15, 2012 at the Berg Mortuary of Orem, UT and interment at the Sugar City, ID cemetery the following day, Tuesday, October 16.
She will be missed by many.
