Brandy Louise Hodges Codner July 26, 1987 ~ November 27, 2024

Brandy Louise Hodges Codner passed away in Murray, Utah, on November 27, 2024, at the age of 37. She was born on July 26, 1987, in Claxton, Georgia, to Regina Harrelson and Donald Edwin Hodges.
Brandy met and married a young military man from Utah, Cory Codner, on February 18, 2012, in Statesboro, Georgia. They made their first home in Pembroke, Georgia, while he was stationed in the Army. After Cory's military discharge in 2013, Cory and Brandy moved to Vernal, Utah, where Cory found work in the oil fields. They moved to Blanding in 2017 where Cory's folks lived.
Brandy loved being a mother to her two boys, Dejay and Dawson. She also loved doing arts and crafts. She made and sold beautiful wreaths. Butterflies were a favorite of hers, butterfly jewelry, home decorations, and knick knacks. Easter was her favorite holiday. Brandy also loved dogs. Brandy worked as a shift manager/cashier at Clark's Market. She enjoyed her job and helping her co-workers and customers. She was always friendly and willing to help.
Brandy is survived by her husband, two sons, her father, her sister, Ashley, and brother, Paul. She is preceded in death by her mother. She will be laid to rest near her family in Reidsville, Georgia.
