Bianca Westrum

May 23, 1948 ~ May 28, 2020

Bianca Westrum, 72, of Monticello, passed away in the early morning hours on Thursday, May 28, 2020.

She was born May 23, 1948 in Frankfurt, Germany, to Marianne Niess and was adopted by Daniel C. Goode at the age of five.

Bianca was married to Michael Lauren Westrum on November 26, 2005, in Pickerington, OH.

Bianca graduated from Toul American High School in Toul, France. She had a love for all animals, so she attended Stephen F. Austin University in Texas to study veterinary medicine until marriage and children entered the picture.

She retired as a school bus driver with over 20 years of service.

Bianca was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and was active in many of the organizations of the church.

She loved working in the temples. She was an ordinance worker in the Chicago Illinois Temple for eight years before moving to Monticello in 2015. Shortly thereafter, she became an ordinance worker in the Monticello Utah Temple and continued her service there until her health declined.

Bianca is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Joan B. Goode. She is survived by her husband, Michael; sisters Jeanine Goode of Miami, FL, and Janet (Reed) Files of Pensacola, FL; three children: Lisa (Brian) Wisniewski of Pickerington, OH; Ronald (Debra) Taylor of Reynoldsburg, OH; and Leah (Joshua) Traenkle of Pickerington, OH. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.

Bianca was a member of the Monticello Third Ward.

She was interred at the Monticello City Cemetery.
