Candidate for Congress

Thank you for the opportunity to serve you in Congress. I work to be effective in Congress, accessible To constituents, and I always strive to represent Utah values to Washington DC, and not the other way around. 

EFFECTIVE. In less than three years, my team has already shepherded 7 bills through a complex legislative process to become law. Every one of these bills is locally driven and locally focused. And we are working to pass 30 more locally-driven bills. These aren’t message bills. They address substantial issues like human trafficking, opioids, small business, the economy, and protecting our precious resources.

ACCESSIBLE. My legislative priorities are locally-driven because I work hard to stay connected with you here at home in Utah. I have held over 200 town halls in less than 3 years. That’s an average of more than one a week. I know that staying connected to Uthans is the key to representing you well. 

UTAH VALUES. I have been working hard to speak with a Utah voice on important matters such as government spending, public lands, foreign policy, health care, energy, technology, small business, and the economy. I have a perfect voting scores with a number of respected conservative organizations.
