The closer working relationships that we have with communities the more effective we are in the long run.
On Saturday, Faith Temple Church hosted its first community event to help put a face on the people who are the first to respond in case of an emergency. First Responder Appreciation Day was the Church’s first attempt to host what they hope will be monthly events to point people in crisis to the right authorities.“We are trying to do everything we can to put a face with the 911 number they dial,” said Don Womack, who helped organize the event. “Sheriff Steve Loftis has said they’re at our disposal. We want to cover various topics each month – what to do, what to avoid. We want to start education
