Contest winner announced

Kristina Steele Garchar is the big winner of the swag bag donated by San Juan County Visitor Services. Kristina was one of scores of San Juan Record readers who entered the contest. All that was needed was to identify ten icons in the new county illustration created by Jorrien and Tiera Peterson. Kristina’s top ten includes Rainbow Bridge, Church Rock, The Mittens, Six Shooter Peak, Mountain Peaks, Arrowhead, Dinosaur, Horse, Sheep, and Thelma and Louise’s convertible going over Dead Horse Point.
