Goodwine shadows governor

Bailey Goodwine (left), a senior at Monticello High School, spent February 13 shadowing Utah Governor Gary Herbert (center) at the Utah State Capitol building.  Since it was Rural Day on the Hill, Bailey met a number of local residents, including San Juan County Commissioner Bruce Adams (right).  Bailey wouldn’t discuss everything she did and saw during the day, stating that she is sworn to secrecy.
