Gail Glover to retire after 25 years of service to CEU
Friends and colleagues are invited to come celebrate Gail Glover’s retirement from the College of Eastern Utah, on Friday, September 18, at 7 p.m. at the Edge of the Cedars Museum. Light refreshments will be served.

Glover committed 25 years of her life to working for the college. Throughout that time, she served in various capacities, most notably ten years as Dean of Administrative and Student Services between 1992 and 2002.
When she started her career at CEU in 1984, Gail served as the Talent Search Counselor. She has also filled the roles of Assessment Center/Academic Advisor and Student Services Activities Coordinator.
Most recently, her title at the college was Dean of Student Services and Institutional Advancement.
Throughout her years of service, Gail was instrumental in securing and administering government grants. These grants funded millions of dollars in programs and scholarships which allowed disadvantaged students to have access to a quality education.
Previous to her years at the college, Gail spent many years in various volunteer organizations. She was active in the PTA, serving as President. She served on the San Juan School Board for five years, including as Vice President. She was involved in Scouting, as well as working with the American Cancer Society, the March of Dimes, and other organizations.
Gail Glover is the mother of six children, all college graduates. Her son Worthy, Jr. lives in Blanding with his wife, Kim and their three children.
Daughter MariAnell (Nan) is also in Blanding with her husband, Britt Barton and their five children.
Daughter Kathrina (Kd) and her husband Clayton Perkins have three children and also reside in Blanding.
Daughter Chrislynn and her husband Richie Call live in New Jersey with their two children.
Son Drew and his wife Eryka live in New York with their three children.
Youngest son Tim works as an RN with the degree he obtained from the CEU Nursing Program, and lives in Spanish Fork with his wife Nancy and a son.
Gail is married to Worthy Glover.
