Academic All State 2026 Spring: Nicole Francom Monticello Softball

Head Coach Laici Snyder: “Nicole Francom has shown what it means to excel both on and off the field. As a dedicated softball player, she demonstrated hard work, determination, and selflessness in every aspect of the game. No matter where her team needed her, Nicole was willing to step in and give her best effort.
“Her positive attitude, contagious laugh, and witty personality made her a dependable teammate and she kept team spirit high, bringing the girls together through every challenge and victory. Nicole finished out her high school softball career by competing in the first-ever Utah 1A Division state championship tournament.
“Beyond athletics, Nicole achieved exceptional academic success. Her commitment to excellence earned her the prestigious Academic All-State award, reflecting her intelligence and discipline. Maintaining outstanding grades while balancing competitive athletics is impressive, but Nicole went further by graduating from high school with her Associate of Science degree completed.
“Nicole’s influence reaches far beyond softball and academics. As a leader within her young women’s group and a friend to everyone she meets, she has become an example of kindness, leadership, and perseverance. She inspires others through her drive, humility, and willingness to serve those around her. Nicole’s achievements reflect the incredible person she is, and it was an honor to coach her.”
