I'm writing to respond to a factual error in this story (though there may, indeed, be more) regarding when Alliance for a Better UTAH found out about the charges in the Recapture Canyon case. We learned about the charges when the story broke on Twitter. Members of the media contacted us soon thereafter because of our previous involvement in the issue.
