Hello, my name is Staci Lou Hoggard...I am coming to the table with fresh EYES and fresh EARS.  I am a WOMAN and a small business owner here in Monticello and have been for 16 years.  
I want to see Monticello continue to grow and prosper so I can continue to raise my family here.  I have no personal agenda but feel like I have many talents to offer this amazing city.
