Patricia Ann Heim Wood January 16, 1953 ~ December 20, 2024

Patricia Ann Heim Wood was born on January 16, 1953 in Fort Knox, KY. She passed away at the age of 71 on December 20, 2024 in Monticello, UT.
She was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, wife and friend. She chose kindness and compassion and touched the lives of everyone she met.
Pat is preceded in death by father Beverly Paul Heim, mother Margaret Burton Heim Owens, husband Thomas Wood and siblings Alexander Heim, Pamela (Heim) Page, and Tracey Owens, along with many more family members greeting her with open arms.
Pat is survived by her brother Stacy Owens and many nieces and nephews. Pat also left behind her dogs, who were her babies.
Pat spent most of her life as a nurse and caregiver. She was also known for taking in stray animals and giving them love.
A special thanks to her dear friends Bill and Mary. Thank you for loving her unconditionally.
Thank you to Malia for always making her breakfast and being so kind to her.

We will have a celebration of life on January 16, 2025 at 6 p.m. at the Eastland LDS Church at 100 East Cedar Street in Eastland, Utah.
There will be a memorial service in Kentucky at a later date.
