Busy at the San Juan Record

We have been busy through the winter at the San Juan Record as we plan and implement a series of significant changes to the business.
Creating a weekly newspaper with a small staff represents a tremendous amount of work in and of itself. And we have five additional projects that we are actively working on.
A new website will be rolled out in March. In addition, we will soon take over operation of KBDX, Red Rock Radio 92.7 FM.
The radio transfer is pending approval of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), which is expected in April or May.
Add work on our annual visitors guide, 101 Ways to Experience San Juan County, along with a trip to Italy and Israel in June with SJR Travel, and implementing significant changes to the San Juan Record Bookstore and you can see that we are very, very busy.
We appreciate your patience as we make these significant changes. Our hope is to strengthen the business, strengthen our coverage of San Juan County, and strengthen our ability to promote and support local businesses.
