Precision Rehabilitation, Inc. invites San Juan County residents to take the 4th of July 5K Challenge.  If you have never participated in a 5K fun run or it’s been a while since you’ve dusted off your running shoes to run a 3 mile race...now is your chance.

Blanding City’s 4th of July 5K festivities are Saturday, July 3, and those who would like to participate in the 4th of July 5K that morning can have their $20 entry fee/t-shirt waived by Precision Rehabilitation, Inc.

All you have to do is download a 4th of July Fun Run 2010 Exercise Calendar from www.blanding-ut.gov, check off at least three days of exercise a week, contact 4th of July 5K race director, Katie Hiatt to register and you will have a free entry/T-shirt compliments of Precision Rehabiltation, Inc.

For the “Health” of It fitness expert Stephen Hiatt has created a Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced 5K running plan available at www.blanding-ut.gov to take advantage of this opportunity.

Direct questions to Alon Pugh at 435-678-3869 or Katie Hiatt at 435-678-2029.  Don’t delay...deadline to sign up is Saturday, May 1, 2010.
