The 2012 Job Preparedness Indicator is the second annual survey designed to identify gaps between the skills candidates say they have and the skills employers seek to fill available positions. The annual survey is conducted on behalf of the Career Advisory Board as part of its mission to provide insight, advice and counsel on trends, economic forces and cultural shifts that impact career opportunities for today and tomorrow. The inforgraphic represents this year's survey findings and illustrates what it takes to land the job you want in 2013.
