Come meet Utah Jazz forward and 2012 NBA Slam Dunk Champion Jeremy Evans on July 30 at 4 p.m. at the Monticello Elementary School.  Jeremy just finished his fourth year in the NBA and fourth with the Utah Jazz. 

He played in 66 games for the Jazz last season and averaged six points and five rebounds per game.  Evans is one of the most exciting and athletic players in the NBA. 

In addition to winning the 2012 NBA Slam Dunk title, Evans was also the runner up in 2013.
