A large group of local students, teachers and education officials attended the recent Governor’s Native Summit, including this group with Governor Gary Herbert.

Attendees include Griselda Rogers, Toniee Lewis, Deb Benally, Alicia Begay, Eleanor Yazzie, Charissa Jones, Clayton Long, Nelson Yellowman, Elise Dee, Howard Dee, James Lewis, Rebecca Benally, and students from local schools. The conference featured students, teachers and performers from White Mesa.
